Freelance Web Developer

I'm a freelance web developer based in Dublin, Ireland with over 5 years' experience of building websites.

I am also a Zend Certified Engineer (ZCE) in PHP5 programming.

I offer technical web development and site maintenance services at reasonable rates, usually to design agencies and freelance web designers wishing to outsource work. For example:

• I turn graphic design layouts into working websites i.e. PSD to XHTML/CSS conversions resulting in web standards compliant websites
• I build user friendly custom content management systems allowing non-technical people to easily update their sites, usually coded in PHP with a MySQL database
• I update existing sites on a once off or ongoing basis for people who don't have the time or expertise to maintain their sites themselves
