it’s funny the ways in which you can waste hours at a time on the internet without anything to show for it.

one of the best examples of this is gaming, particularly those silly little online games that are not even decent games. you know, like those quick little flash games that waste many an afternoon, or yahoo! towers.

i’ve dipped in and out of the latter over the years and tragically i’ve wasted far too many hours on this silly tetris like game. i’m rubbish at it, it makes my head buzz and my eyes sting if i play it for too long and it’s repetitive. yet still i play. and play and play.

ok, so there are even clans out there for this game. you would think it was call of duty or unreal tournament! i’m not that bad yet, but there have been too many net café sessions lately and far too much delight at lasting 5 mins 28 seconds for my liking. help!
