Summer Holidays in September

we're all going on an autumn holiday, no more working for a week woo hooThe long wait is finally over. I am *finally* going on holidays tomorrow. Yippeeeeeee! :) This means that I will have to tear myself away from computers for a whole week. In a worryingly normal development, I’m quite looking forward to that…

So there won’t be any posts from me for a while - no change there then! This year has been a bit topsy turvy for me, but I hope that after a relaxing week away from it all, I shall return refreshed and ready to work, rest and blog :)
I look forward to spreading the good word about the lovely island of Jersey on my return. Yes, I suppose my choice of holiday destination is slightly surprising, but not if you know me and my weird ways :) Regardless of how things turn out, I estimate that I shall be staying a short walk from the island’s only branch of McDonald’s so that’s my holiday sorted :)
When I get back I may even finally get around to documenting last September’s trip to Prague while I’m at it!

    Enjoy your time in Jersey. Did you know that play.com and cd-wow are based there :p get cheap DVD’s.

    Seriously…the pink thing is hilarious…think you should upload pics to Flickr of every pink object you own. Love the ‘Jordan’ suitcase..have a wonderful holiday.

    thanks for the kind wishes guys :)
    my suitcase always attracts a few comments wherever it goes. i can’t imagine why!
    the baggage handlers always get huge marks all over it so i’m not sure how much longer it will last…

    but i *love* it and it is quite easy to find at the baggage carousel and nobody is likely to nick it so it has all sorts of sensible advantages other than being pink. it is actually very sturdy and easy to wheel to and is made by a japanese designer as far as i know…

    the only downside is that they used those cases for the female housemates in Big Brother 5 (the things you learn on my blog!) which kind of ruins the image ;)
