I did one of those bus journey when I first arrived in London, I hadnt got paid yet and it was christmas -- £18 return for bus as oppose to £3300 for a flight. It seemed like a good idea at the time. 18 hours later I arrived back home in Galway. never again! I book way in advance these days.
