gawd, and to think, only a couple of hours earlier the united nations had to be called onto the 39 as two women fought over which of them was first on to the bus with their buggy and the driver insisted one of them would have to fold a buggy, as he was only allowed carry one. about ten minutes of shouting and an inspector later, solomon prevailed and both buggies folded.

duller than the past few sundays though - last week and the week before, gardai borded to bus to solve 'issues'.

the 39 - dublin's fave bus route :)

i was witness to an identical episode of buggy rage a couple of months back. both women were roaring at each other but were saying that folding the buggy would disturb their child - like shouting their heads off wouldn't! :D
other passengers got involved as well as they were none too pleased about the 15 minute hold up...
where else would you get it?

You should try the 77X nitelink at three o'clock on a saturday night!!!
You are lucky to get off that bus without someone either; getting sick on you, inhaling an illict substance, or seeing a fight or "scrap" as they like to call them.

Good to see the public recognising our daily buggy problems. Amazing most of these try to board with entires families and double decker prams etc - if there was ever a fire then the whole place would be blocked up and im sure they would hang us first!
