The next Star Wars film, Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, will open this summer.
I know next to nothing about Star Wars and that suits me just fine
On the other hand, my boyfriend is obsessed with it. In fact, his entire family is! So, I’m going to try and catch up before the next film is out.
As part of my extensive preparations, I have gone even further than viewing the trailer. I even googled around and came across a fascinating account of the time spent in Ireland by a weird looking green thing called Yoda. I never knew Star Wars was like this ![]()

IMO, the Star Wars series was doing fine until they decided to make more money by creating and releasing prequels. Despite the many nice touches to Phantom Menace, Jar-Jar is possibly the most irritating screen character of recent times (apart from Derek Zoolander, of course). As for Attack of the Clones, it was nice of them to give the public lots of opportunities to go out and buy more popcorn and/or fall asleep for a little while (i.e. every time Hayden Christiansen and Natalie Portman appeared on screen alone together).
I liked the original movies but, based on the evidence of episodes I and II, I won’t be wasting my money going to see III.
My word, I *do* complain a lot don’t I?

I wouldnt say obsessed. certainly not as bad as this guy http://waitingforstarwars.blogspot.com/
i dont think its going to be much good either. goin by the trailer the film is drenched in too much special effects. George Lucas should have let someone else direct the prequals.
